Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to wear formal black attire. This is a strict black tie dress code black dresses, black suits or tuxedos only. Please help us create a timeless and elegant atmosphere by dressing in all black. Thank you for honoring our vision for this special day!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to our event as soon as possible. The deadline to respond is June 21, 2025. After this date, we won’t be able to make exceptions and will have to mark your RSVP as “no.” We truly hope you understand our vendors require a final guest count well in advance, and we want to ensure everything goes smoothly for everyone attending. Thank you so much for your love and support we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We’ve chosen to have a dry wedding, so no alcohol will be served at our celebration, and we kindly ask that guests do not bring any. We’re looking forward to a joyful day filled with love, laughter, and meaningful moments and we appreciate your understanding and support of our decision.

Question

What’s for dinner?

Answer

We’re so excited to share a meal that reflects both of our cultures and the beautiful blend of our story. We’ll have a taco guy on site, cooking up fresh tacos right in front of you hot off the grill and full of flavor! We’re also serving a soul food; baked mac & cheese, seasoned chicken, and yams a true taste of home that represents our roots and heritage. We wanted our wedding to be a celebration of both of our cultures coming together, and what better way than through food that means something to us and our families. Come hungry you’re in for something special!

Question

What time does the wedding start and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. To ensure you don’t miss a moment and have plenty of time to settle in, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. This will give you time to find parking, get comfortable, and enjoy a little pre-ceremony mingling with fellow guests. We’re so excited to celebrate with you, and we want everyone to be present and ready as we begin this special day!
