When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 10th 2026. If staying at the Embassy Suites, please book your hotel stay by this date as well. After this date, we will have to assume you will not be joining us and the hotel booking site will be unavailable! If you have been given a plus one and their name is not on the invitation envelope, please write in the guest's first and last name when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. Suites, tuxes, cocktail dresses, or gowns are welcomed. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation envelope. If you receive a plus one it will appear on the wedding website when you RSVP if the person's name is not already on the envelope. We want to keep our wedding intimate with out closest family and friends.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your children, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids to our celebration. We are hoping this is a must deserved night off for the parents!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue does offer free parking if you choose to drive! If you plan to drink, please carpool or use uber/lyft to and from the venue!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will take place indoors and outdoors. As it is February, heaters will be placed outdoors if it is chilly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly! :)

Will there be food available?

Answer

Of course! There will be a range of appetizers for cocktail hour as well as a three course meal for dinner: salad, entre, dessert. We will also have a late night snack for guests to grab before the end of the night! Please choose your preferred entre when you RSVP for each guest on the invitation.

is a gift required?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you’d like to honor us with a gift, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund under "Registry" to help us create memories together. But please know, celebrating with you is more than enough.

will the DJ take song requests?

Answer

Absolutely! We ask for song requests when you RSVP but there will be a QR code on some of the reception tables for a link to the DJ's song request app. Feel free to let us know what kind of music you would like to hear. We want everyone to have a great time and turn up!!!

Who should I contact if I have questions the day of?

Answer

The bride and groom will not be available the day of our wedding.
