Our story began in the hallways of Lenape High School — two kids who never expected that a simple friendship would become something so extraordinary. From the very beginning, being around each other just felt easy. Conversations flowed effortlessly, laughter came naturally, and a quiet connection began to grow. What started as friendship slowly turned into something deeper, built on trust, kindness, and the comfort of truly knowing one another. Looking back now, it feels like fate that those easy days of shared smiles and simple moments were leading us right here, to the start of forever. Now, as we celebrate the anniversary of our civil union, we’re filled with gratitude for how far we’ve come and excitement for all that lies ahead. This next chapter surrounded by the people we love most is the perfect way to honor our journey and the love that continues to grow every day.
