Saul and Jazmin met for the first time at a Christian encounter called Reborn Weekend. It was not long after that Jazmin would offer Saul her traditional drink from Argentina called "mate" for breakfast. He had a taste of her culture and dove deeper into getting to know more about her. The phrase "right person, wrong time" definitely has significance to their story. Later that year Saul and Jazmin were just mere acquaintances and they had gone their separate ways to find newer adventures, Saul in Texas and Jazmin still figuring out life as a 21 year old who still had no idea what path to take. Late 2022 Saul moved back to Tampa and decided to go back to this retreat and coincidentally 2 months later, Jazmin did as well. They had gotten to know about each other and build a friendship that soon became a partnership when it came to both being part of the worship team. Saul has always had an interest in Jazmin and she was still processing a lot of changes in her life until she one day she actually got to see Saul with a new pair of eyes and almost instantly there was that spark of connection. Everything moved pretty fast after that. After their 1st, 2nd and 3rd date they lost count of how many dates they went on and it had only been 1 month! November of 2023 Saul took Jazmin to a park where they had their first dates, got down on one knee and asked to be his wife! Now we will celebrate with them on this new season they will embark in their lives!
