Q: How should I RSVP?

A: To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by February 1st, so we can plan accordingly!

Q: Are kids welcome?

Answer

A: Yes, children are welcome. If your invitation was addressed to your whole family, your children have already been accounted for and we're looking forward to celebrating with the whole family.

Q: When should I arrive?

Answer

A: We kindly request that you arrive and be seated by 3:45pm, allowing plenty of time to get settled before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. This will help ensure you don't miss a single moment of our special day.

Q: What is the Dress Code?

Answer

A: Western Chic! Think boots, denim, sundresses, cowboy hats, bolo ties. We’ll be outdoors on dirt and grass, so dress comfortably and skip the stilettos. Wedding party will be wearing blue.

Q: What’s the weather like in March?

Answer

A: March in Buckeye is usually warm and sunny, but it can cool off in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket or layering if you plan to stay late!

Q: Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A: Our venue offers ample onsite parking for all guests. We recommend arranging alternative transportation if you plan on drinking as overnight parking is not permitted.

Answer

A: Our venue has a strict no–outside-alcohol and no-shots policy. We’ll be offering an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, so no need to bring your own. Thank you for helping us keep things smooth and stress-free!
