Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
For the out of town guest, or guest who would like to stay in Levelland the day before, there are a couple of hotels in Levelland. If you go to the travel tab we have listed the hotel names, and their addresses. Both hotels are within a 5 minute drive to venue!
Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than March 30, 2024 by visiting our RSVP page on our website. Due to very limited capacity at our venue, we have to provide a final head count to our vendors by this date in order to accommodate everyone appropriately.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. The exception being those who are in the wedding party, and immediate family. Thank you for understanding, and we encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation ( Your Name and Guest Name or will the name will be written out). Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Is it BYOB?
Answer
The venue we have chosen has its own bar on site. We strongly suggest you do not bring your own alcohol on to the premises, as it will become an issue. With that being said there will be a limited bar tab, once this runs out guest will need to pay for their own drinks. We suggest bringing cash, and a card just in case!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is limited parking in front of the venue. We suggest getting there early to get a spot. If you are wanting to drink, we ask that you carpool, or utilize Lyft and Uber services. We want everybody to get home safely!

Is there a dress code?
Answer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is set to begin promptly at 5PM, please arrive no later than 4:45. This gives you time to park, mingle, and to get a seat!

What happens if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?
Answer
We will take your response as a no, and we will miss your presence on our big day. Without the RSVP we will not be able to give a true count to our vendors, please get your RSVPs on time!

Should I bring cash?
Answer
We advise that you bring cash as we will do a dollar dance, and incase the bar limit has been reached and drinks will need to be purchased by you!
