Maid of Honor
Olivia has been my ride or die since the day she was born! She's been a built-in best friend and someone I've been able to rely on and trust no matter what. Our bond only grew stronger when we lived together in college, and she's the only person I know who can put down a basket of 30 hot wings without blinking. I'm so grateful to have her as my maid of honor!
Best Man
Blaine, my Best Man, has been with me through thick and thin! Whether he was at my apartment in college with a Cookout milkshake after a bad exam, or the first person I called after getting engaged, he was there for me! We have grown so close that I see him as a brother more than a friend. Till the end of the line!
Bridesmaid
Aliza is a mini version of myself which is probably why I love her so much. She is my coffee buddy and one of the most kind, joyful people I have ever known. I can always count on her to brighten my day with her smile, but don't be fooled! Her sweet demeanor hides an athlete that puts 110% into her one true love: soccer. I love watching her play and I love that she's standing next to me at my wedding!
Groomsman
Adam is one of the few people that matches my wave length every time we talk. I knew we would become close friends when we started talking only in movie and tv show quotes. We have had hours of conversations that are line for line episodes of Psych and Community, or the latest Block Buster movie. He is always the first one to agree to help whenever asked. Sometimes an Abed, but always a Gus!
Bridesmaid
I met Kalli at work, and, due to the nature of our job, trauma bonded. We quickly became close friends, and now she's one of the few people who can talk me off the ledge. She's calm in the face of pressure and stress, plus she's supportive, kind, and loyal! She is one of my best and closest friends and I'm so happy God brought us together in such a challenging job!
Groomsman
Jeremy is everyone’s little brother. He picks at you, and there is no better rage baiter than him. Because of this, it means so much more when he goes to bat for you. He is always bringing the newest board game for an impromptu game night. He has challenged me in many ways like patience and holding my tongue, but there is no one I would rather have at my side. (PS: We are telling him the wedding is on the 27 so he will show up on the 28)
Bridesmaid
Emma and I go wayyyy back to elementary school, but we really didn't become super close friends until college! Emma has been there for me consistently, regardless of the circumstances. She has been the source of some of my greatest memories in college. Emma has seen all sides of me and still spends time with me, which goes to show her compassion and Christ like love for her friends. I'm so blessed to call her my friend!
Groomsman
I've known Zac for a long time, and we have grown a lot since our first time meeting. I have many fond memories of our time together as kids, and I could always count on him to make life more interesting. Being the little brother, I used to always look up to him but now he gets the opportunity to look up to me (I'm the tall one now). I'm glad I have him to stand next to me on my big day!
Bridesmaid
Rachel and I met in college, and I can say without a doubt she is one of the best things I have received from my time in Tuscaloosa. Rachel and I single handedly kept the college town coffee shops in business. She has been a source of encouragement and levity in stressful times, and has always provided me her unbridled honesty, which I never know I need until she tells me. Her love for the Lord is one of the most inspiring parts of her. She also makes the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had.
Groomsman
Ben might be the coolest guy I know, even though he won't quit moving. I have grown a ton from our friendship and his courage has been a great influence. I do question his judgment from time to time, because who leaves a job to go back to school in Chicago? He is smart, clever, and always a blast to hang out with. Hopefully we will continue to see each other, even though we now live in Chicago and Georgia.
Bridesmaid
Rebekah (or as I call her, Erb) was a friend of a friend in college that I met in college. When I first met her, I immediately thought she was the coolest person ever and I made it my mission to be friends with her. It worked, and I'm so glad it did! Erb has an irresistible charm that makes everyone love her. She's so irresistible that my family loves her more than me at times, but I can't blame them. Erb is so honestly herself, and her genuine spirit is what I love most about her!
Groomsman
Bryan is the rock on which the group is founded. He gets a lot of the brunt of the jokes, but he handles it with such grace and elegance. He does not know Ball, but he will always be there for you when you need him. Just don’t ask him to hit a Fairway, because that ain't happening.
