The invisible string theory is the idea that "your person" is hidden in plain sight, until the universe decides it's the optimum time - it suggests that everyone has someone in their lives who is attached to them by an unbreakable string that transcends time, distance, and geography. It's silly but we like to think our love story started long before we ever met - because there's just no way it's a total coincidence.🤪 If you know us, you know our shared passion for hockey. Alexis grew up in rinks as a figure skater, watching her brothers play, and attending many local team games...in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. As luck would have it, Jayson would fall in love with the same game - traveling/billeting through juniors, his New Mexico team folding, last minute moving to Alaska and getting the opportunity to play D1 college hockey...at Lake Superior State University in the same small UP town. HOWEVER, we did not end up meeting until Alexis moved on a whim to Pittsburgh for a job opportunity. The moment we met, we knew we would have a pretty cool story.
