The website is linked in the travel section for booking but there is a 5% discount if you book through their phone app called Melia: Book Hotels and Resorts. It does have an option to book flights along with your room. However, depending on where you are coming from, it can be more cost efficient to book your stay through the app or resort website early and then your flight once prices drop through the carrier directly or on your preferred travel app.
We would recommend booking as soon as possible but before 1/1/2025 for best rates and availability.
The events are on 3/28 and 3/29 but you are welcome to stay as long as you would like before and after. We will be staying 3/25-4/3.
The best rates from Cleveland are usually 1-3 months out for travel to Punta Cana but we know people will coming from all different places. We recommend setting up a flight tracker on Google or through the Hopper app for alerts on price drops.
You get access to a private lounge for adults only, one extra Mediterranean restaurant, a room in the adults only section, private check in and check out, and private access to exclusive pool and beach areas. The Reserve is attached to the main resort with access to everything at Paradisus Palma Real.

This is all-inclusive. There are a total of 14 restaurants/ bars. There is always a buffet option available for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. If you would like to dine at one of the restaurants we would recommend booking when you arrive on the first day to secure a reservation.
YES. You will get faster service if you tip a dollar or two to the bartenders/ servers. Bringing a good chunk of $1 bills is recommended.
Cocktail attire. Keep in mind the temperature usually ranges from mid 70s- upper 80s during this time of year so be sure to dress comfortably for the warmer weather.
