Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through this website prior to August 10.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Early birds, please arrive no sooner than 3:00 PM.

Question

What is the venue like?

Answer

We're getting married at a flower farm just south of Des Moines. Our ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors, with dinner under a covered pavilion. There will be an indoor restroom available, and terrain is gravel and grass.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear what you are most comfortable in. Cocktail attire is encouraged (ditch the jacket if it's hot!). Think garden party or florals...we're getting married at a flower farm, after all!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity limits at our venue, the only guests under 21 years old will be those in our immediate family. Please consider this a parent's night out and thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No randos. Due to capacity limits, we are not able to accommodate anyone not listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We'll have Northern Lights Pizza (and bread sticks and salad) for dinner. This will be preceded by snacks during cocktail hour, and followed by an assortment of desserts!

Question

What happens after the reception?

Answer

Last call will be at 9:00 PM. Check in with the bride or groom on the official after party spot!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The closet hotel to our venue is the (brand new!) Fairfield Inn & Suites in Norwalk. Other than that, there are several airport hotels and home rentals near by.
