Semi-formal. For men, consider a suit and tie or a sport coat with dress pants. For women, dresses of any length are encouraged. Please avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, or any white/off-white color.
Due to capacity restrictions, we can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
To allow all our guests (including parents) a night of relaxation and uninhibited fun, we respectfully ask that no children under the age of 12 attend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Since our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, we ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand.
Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue reserved for our guests. You may remain parked on the property until Sunday at noon.
Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor areas for our celebration. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside overlooking the beautiful West Virginia mountains, and our reception will take place indoors.
For your convenience, we have secured hotel room blocks for our out-of-town guests. Please take a look at our Travel & Accommodations page for more information. There are also other hotels and Airbnbs in Morgantown and the surrounding areas - pick what works best for you!
We will have a shuttle running from the Quality Inn prior to the ceremony and back to the hotel following the reception. Uber/Lyft is also available in the area if needed.
