Wedding Party

Corey Baker

Best Man

Corey Baker has been the groom's best friend dating back to their young childhood. Corey has been the best friend that we could have asked for. He has been a helping hand, a listening ear, an encourager, and a most loved and valued member of the family. Corey is an Albany native who currently works as a diesel mechanic in Savannah, GA. He enjoys playing billiards, computer games, and disc golf. His favorite activity, though, is ganging up with the groom to give the bride a hard time. We are so honored to be having Corey stand with us on our big day, as he has been standing by our sides from the first day.

Jake Davis

Groomsman

Jake Davis is the groom's younger brother. He and the groom share a close relationship where they bond over bullying each other and fighting over who is better at Mario Kart (it's Jake). They love building Minecraft worlds together, and their brotherly bond is rooted in supreme love and affection for each other. Jake currently works as a salesman specializing in metal sheds. He lives with his lovely fiancé, Shannon, and their three cats, Boo, Uhdexter, and Mouse. He loves to cook and is always ready for a new adventure.

Slate Williford

Groomsman

Slate is another survivor of Lee County High School, where he and the groom forged a friendship during welding class. After high school, Slate went to Kennesaw State University to pursue (and eventually obtain) a Bachelor's of Mechanical engineering. It was during this time period that Slate, with the help of Corey, roped the groom into computer gaming as a hobby, and our lives were forever changed. Slate currently works as a contractor for GA Power, and spends his free time between gaming with the boys and jet setting off to Canada to visit his long-time girlfriend, Maddie. We are so grateful to have Slate joining us on our big day!

Adam DuVall

Groomsman

Adam DuVall is the closest thing the bride has to an elder brother, and she considers him as such. Adam and the groom have bonded over the last few years over loving two fierce-hearted women and a passion for learning and fixing things. Adam has a knack for being able to look at a problem and bring a level-headedness to any situation that inspires calm. He is a quiet well of strength, love, and dependability that is matched with a sly sense of humor. He loves to work with his hands, spend time with his beautiful family, and investigate all sorts of niche subjects until he is an expert. He is the most amazing role model for three of our favorite little people. Adam is an indispensable part of our family, and we are beyond honored to have him standing with us on our special day.

Anna Davis-Stoklosa

Groomswoman

Anna Davis-Stoklosa is the groom's sister-in-law, married to the lovely Ashley Davis-Stoklosa. Anna and her bride got married in May of 2023, and have since grown in their careers and bought a house together. Anna has been a well of kindness and love since she entered our lives, always ready with a hug and a smile, and we are so grateful to call her our sister. Anna has attended school to become a physical therapy assistant. She enjoys games on the Nintendo Switch and spending time with friends and family. We are lucky to be included in the number of people she loves.

Kevin Busson

Groomsman

Kevin and the groom met at MGA, where the two of them went through pledging together for the pilot's fraternity, Alpha Eta Rho. The two of them were fast friends, and even moved in together! Poor Kevin was crushed when the groom moved to Macon. Kevin is a first officer at Republic Airlines, but don't let that serious title fool you; he is one of the goofiest, sweetest souls. Kevin always brightens up the room with a joke or a laugh, never failing to bring positive energy to any situation. He is a steadfast friend and has always had the groom's back. We are incredibly lucky to have Kevin in our lives.

Makenzie Hicks

Bridesmaid

Makenzie met the bride very late in their tenure at Mercer, but ever since they clicked up there has not been a day that has passed without the two chatting. After getting a Bachelor's degree in Global Health at Mercer, Makenzie continued her education with a MPH in epidemiology at the University of Georgia. Makenzie and Emily have bonded over a mutual love of curling up with a good book, and you can often catch the two discussing their latest reads or their "to be read" lists. Makenzie also enjoys reality tv (specifically Love Is Blind) and watching the drama unfold with her beloved cat, Ally (who would rather be watching her bird show.) Makenzie has been one of the most thoughtful, supportive people in our lives, always doing her best to include the bride's father in the conversation (or the event planning) or asking how Jaymen's "plane things" are going. She has an incredible eye for small details that make people feel heard, and we are incredibly grateful for the light she brings to our lives.

Kimberly Turner

Bridesmaid

Kimberly Turner is the younger sister of the bride. When she first entered the world, the bride begged their mother to take her back to where she came from. That suggestion received an emphatic rejection, and Kimberly will now be joining the bridal party to stand beside a sister who has come around to accepting, sometimes even enjoying, her existence. The sisterly bond is built on love and jokes, as evidenced above. Kimberly enjoys fictional writing and has published many books that have been read by a wide audience. She loves working with animals and has begged the bride and groom to adopt a dog for her on many occasions. We are so happy to have Kimberly standing with us.

Sydney Hayes

Bridesmaid

Sydney Hayes was a fellow engineering student at Mercer. She and the bride became friends at the Biomedical Engineering Society conference in Orlando, FL. More specifically, the trip to Universal when neither of them had other people to ride the rides with. From then on, they were inseparable. Sydney went on to earn a master's degree in electrical engineering from Mercer University and has been working for Graphic Packaging since receiving her bachelor's degree. She enjoys shopping, Braves games, and concerts. She has a cat, Bob, that she shares with her fiancé, and she is obsessed with her baby, their lab, Myla. If you want to strike up a conversation with her, just ask her about her puppy! Sydney has been an incredible support throughout some of life's most challenging moments. She is an excellent friend, and cheerleader, and we are so lucky to have her in our corner.

Jules DuVall

Bridesmaid

Jules DuVall has been hearing the bride talk about the groom since his "Justin Bieber hair era" (yes, it did happen) and has been the most supportive person of the bride and groom's relationship from day one. Jules has always been a trusted sounding board, providing comfort, support, and advice whenever needed. She is a person who takes pride in her growth and does not shy away from being present during life's hardest moments. Jules loves all things creative, and her soul is most fulfilled when she's with her family in nature. She has been an inspiration in many ways, and her love has taught the bride so much during their friendship. Our wedding day would simply be incomplete without her in it, and we are honored to have Jules with us on our wedding day and every other day of our lives.

Ashley Davis-Stoklosa

Bridesmaid

Ashley is the groom's older sister, and, as such, his oldest friend. Ashley and Jaymen have been the closest of friends ever since they were able to stop fighting with each other and, instead, gang up on their baby brother, Jake. Ashley has been married to Mrs. Anna Stoklosa since May of 2023. She is a geologist who works for the state of Georgia and loves all things rocks! Ashley is also madly in love with the family her and her wife have created, including their four pets: Opal, Mr. T, Zircon, and Pearl. Ashley enjoys a good pool day, teasing her younger brothers, and stopping to hunt rocks. Ashley is a person who loves loudly and fiercely, and we could not be more lucky to be on the receiving end of some of that love. We are so grateful to Ashley for breaking her "no more weddings" ban and standing with us on our special day.

Cassidy Donaldson

Bridesmaid

Cassidy has been desperately waiting for this wedding to take place since she first heard about the groom in first period art circa 2018. She has been a listening ear through some challenging moments, even from across the country! Cassidy is the salt of the earth, as gentle and loving as they come. She has a special talent for painting, has recently gotten into gardening hardcore, and loves her crystals almost as much as her pet dog, Gypsy, and tortoise, Kelso. Cassidy is a peaceful, zen presence that the bride is grateful for every day, but will be especially grateful for on the wedding day! Attempting to keep the bride calm will be a tall order, so we are very lucky to have someone as experienced in that area as Cassidy on the team!

Taylor Turoski

Usher

Taylor went to high school with the bride and groom, as most people in the bridal party did, but Taylor and the bride knew each other as early as elementary school, dating back to Mrs. Nelson's gifted classes. Ironically enough, Taylor entered our lives through a friendship with the groom that didn't take off until after high school! A lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan, Taylor graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master's Degree in 2024. Taylor works as a private conservationist in Cuthbert, GA. He loves the great outdoors as well as playing Counterstrike with the groom and groomsman whenever he has a free moment. We are so grateful to Taylor for being part of our big day!

Jacob Fisher

Usher

Jacob met the groom in college as part of the same pledge class for Alpha Eta Rho, a pilot's fraternity at MGA. He and the groom bonded when they lived in a duplex in Eastman, GA during college, taking a few trips to the golf course together. A private pilot, a member of the Army Reserves, and an employee at the family company, Jacob is the wearer of many hats! He is always on the go between work, school, more work, friends, and long-time girlfriend, Grace, making time for the things and people that matter most to him. He is such a kind and considerate person, and we are so grateful that Jacob is taking the time to be part of our special day.
