Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

~ Out of respect for the Bride & Groom’s journey through recovery, along with many guests, this will be a dry wedding. Any usage of alcohol or other substances on wedding venue grounds or parking lot, will incur a breach of contract with the venue. If such issues occur, the event coordinators will immediately shut down this celebration, escort all attendees off premise AND the Bride/Groom will be heavily fined. Please out of respect, abide by their wishes. Thank you.

Can I bring my Children?

~ Due to the limited venue capacity, we ask that only children within the Bride & Groom’s family attend. If you wish to check if we accounted for your child, contact the Mother of the Bride, Kay Michaliszyn at 509-438-1824.

What are the wedding party colors?

Answer

~ The Bride & Groom have selected Dusty Blue & Lavender (In honor of the Groom’s late Mother, Renee) They have also chosen to incorporate cream & white within their decor. You may wear any of these colors or any other color you like.

~ The Ceremony & Reception will be held outdoors. The dress code is semi-formal.

What will the weather be like?

~ With the Ceremony & Reception being held outdoors, weather can be tricky. The average weather on September 13th at this venue have been a High of 80 / Low of 47.

Will food be provided?

Answer

~ Yes. A buffet-style dinner will be provided at the Reception. Options include: Tri-tip, chicken thighs, salmon, baked beans, roasted potatoes, mac & cheese, rice pilaf, caesar salad & dinner rolls. Coffee, cake & desserts to follow. *Prior to dinner, there will be a short Fruit & Non-Alcoholic refreshment hour while the Bride & Groom take wedding photos.

Is smoking tobacco permitted?

Answer

~ The wedding coordinators will permit smoking in the designating area ONLY, within the parking lot. There will be a receptacle for your discarded tobacco items. Please be mindful of your waste, the wedding party is responsible for cleaning and disposal.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

~ The specific time of the Ceremony is 3:00 PM. Family and friends should arrive by 2:30 PM and seated by 2:45 PM. The Bride & Groom are so excited to see everyone. Thank you for coming and sharing this joyous occasion with us. Love you all.

~ Your presence is the greatest gift of all, but if you’d like to contribute towards our future together, a cash gift would be greatly appreciated.
