The nearest airport to fly into is Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac). SeaTac is approximately 15 minutes to our recommended hotel (Hyatt Regency Lake Washington) and 30 minutes from our wedding venue.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington for our guests coming in from out of town. Please Uber, Lyft, taxi, or drive to the Ceremony and Reception as there will be no shuttle service to the event. Please see Schedule page for what time to arrive for the Ceremony.

Shuttle Returning From Reception to Hyatt Regency

August 8, 2026 10:30 pm - 11:45 pm

A shuttle will run twice to take guests back towards the Hyatt Regency hotel, as Ubers are easy to get on the way there, but a little bit more difficult to get for the way home! There will be two shuttles, one leaving about 1.5-2 hours before the second one. Specific times to be finalized at a later time. Guests can catch an Uber, Lyft or taxi from the residence if they don't wish to wait for the shuttle, but please prepare that it could take 20 minutes for a ride to arrive.
