Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2026. We kindly encourage guests to arrive about 15-30 minutes early to get settled in and find their seats. Due to limited parking at the venue we will have available parking just down the road at 506 Emerts Cove Road, Sevierville, TN 37876 and a shuttle for transporting guests to the venue. Since there is limited seating on the shuttle, we encourage our driving guests to drop off their dates and the rest of their parties at the venue ahead of parking. The shuttle will run starting at 3:45PM up until 10:30PM to ensure all of our guests are able to return to their vehicles safely.

Yes! We encourage our guests to dress in formal attire — black tie optional. Since we’ll be celebrating in the spring, we’d love to see fun colors, florals, and cheerful prints alongside your classic formal looks!

We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the MainStay Suites located in Downtown Gatlinburg which is located just 10 minutes from our venue (Discount Code: DP09M2). We also recommend the Old Creek Lodge and Bearskin Lodge on the River for a more cozy and rustic feel.
