Kindly RSVP by September 20th 2025 as we need to let our wonderful vendors know in advance how many guest will be attending.
While we LOVE your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding as well as immediate family.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM so plan to arrive by 3:30 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
Due to a limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.
Dress to impress! We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you and would love for everyone to dress up with us! We’re requesting formal attire for the evening. For men, this could mean suits, sport coats, or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits would be perfect. For women, please refrain from wearing white or long black dresses as that is the color of the bridesmaids.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking the shuttle back to the hotels, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want everyone to have fun but also be responsible!
We’ll be having grazing boards during our cocktail hour followed by a buffet style sit down dinner with a choice of two proteins selected by the Bride and Groom.
Typical late October in Washington is an average of 55-65 degrees during the day and cooler in the evening. Please make sure to bring a jacket or dress warmer for the weather as the ceremony will be outside.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (September 20, 2025), it will automatically be marked as “Not Attending”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
