What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3. Please arrive by 2:30 so you can get your seats!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring any surprise guests. We have seating and food for a limited number.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor weather permitting. The reception will be indoor.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. It is a gravel parking lot right out front.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will have a serve yourself buffet style barbecue dinner provided.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with beer and wine provided. However, when the supply runs out the bar will be closed. Bring your own stash to keep the party going!

Do I have to use the listed hotels?

Answer

You do not have to use the hotels that are listed under lodging. We reserved rooms for your convenience. However, this is a UVA game day weekend so other options may be limited.
