Is there a room block code for the Cliff Lodge?

Answer

Part of Group Number: 2DC91A Clouatre-Hodges Wedding I do have a select number of rooms blocked off, those are available at a first come first serve basis. This is to insure that the resort does not completely book up prior to guests booking. The website is tricky to navigate so I recommend calling when ready to book. DEADLINE to book blocked out rooms - April 23rd.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love all of your littles ones, our wedding will be an adults ONLY event. We hope that you can still join us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not necessarily a dress code, just a strong recommendation. I encourage my guests to come dressed in cocktail attire according to the color palette posted on our website under the "Details" page. Please keep the weather in mind. Although it is summer, the top of the mountain can be very cold so dress/prepare accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Unless specified on your invitations, please reframe from bringing any extras. Thank you in advance.

Will I be able to pay with cash?

Answer

NO! Snowbird is a cashless mountain - please plan accordingly!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Please note that this is an unplugged ceremony - the photographers will capture all the photos we need! Thank you in advance
