La Jolla Cove
La Jolla Cove is a small, picturesque cove and beach that is surrounded by cliffs in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The Cove is protected as part of a marine reserve; underwater it is very rich in marine life, and is popular with snorkelers, swimmers and scuba divers.
Children's Pool
While the Children's Pool in La Jolla provides a swimming spot suitable for children, the conditions also prove to be idylic for harbor seals and sea lions. Seal Rock, which is located just north of the beach is home to hundreds of seals, and its close proximity to the Children's Pool La Jolla has increased seal interest in the pool area. Seals have since come to the La Jolla Children's Pool to bathe, bask and even give birth to their seal pups.
Herringbone

The Spot
The Spot restaurant has the distinction of being the oldest continuous restaurant location in La Jolla, serving locals since 1915. Enjoy The La Jolla Historical Society's vintage photographs of life in La Jolla adorning the walls of the restaurant. Originally a restaurant location in Evanston, Illinois - The Spot moved to the La Jolla Cove in 1978, bringing along with it the famous Chicago style pizza, burgers, and family-friendly dishes. Which is why The Spot has been one of Hayley's Dad's favorite spots for square cut Chicago pizza!

Wheat & Water specializes in wood-fired pizza, shared plates, healthy salads and charcuterie. Featuring a variety of beer from local and national breweries, wines ranging from California and Europe and a cocktail list of originals and our favorite classics. Piatti La Jolla
Piatti is nestled in the unique La Jolla Shores neighborhood with an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Our light and airy interior décor features an exhibition kitchen and full service bar. Outside, we offer two tree-covered patios – perfect for a private event or al fresco dining. Our Executive Chef, Pepe Ccapatinta, has developed our menu with recipes from all over Italy.
