Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning please RSVP no later than end of day 5/15/25, as our guest count must be finalized by the 16th for our vendors to accommodate food and seating for all guest!

Can I bring other guest with me?

Answer

Due to venue space and vendors, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We ask that only those named on the invitation or RSVP page are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi formal dress code for the evening. Any color you'd like, but please no white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp followed by cocktail hour and the reception! Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to park and find your seat. If you cannot make it to the ceremony, No worries! We'll be there until 11pm, please join us for the reception!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking on site! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Chateaux At Fox Meadows.

Question

Will the Wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside as long as the weather permits! If need be the ceremony will move indoors! The reception will be indoor.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cash bar and bartenders, as well as a complimentary Champagne/cider toast. However, outside alcohol is not allowed. (Monitored by security)
