What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 1:00pm so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 12:30pm. No later than 12:50pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual: Women should wear nice dresses, skirts, or dressy pants. Men should wear slacks and a dress shirt. Please avoid lavender due to the groom's allergy. *Summer Vibes

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, moving inside if it rains. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, with the option to enjoy outdoor spaces during the reception.

How do i get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

450 June Hollow Rd., Turtlepoint, PA 16743 at Four Sisters Events and Weddings. Free venue shuttle available. Parking located down the road with "Parking Here" signs. Handicap guests can request golf cart transportation to ceremony and reception.

Answer

Yes, parking is available down the road with a "Parking Here" sign. Venue transportation will be provided. Guests with mobility needs can request golf cart assistance to the ceremony and reception.

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name)” & Guest (or their name) if a plus on has been given to you. It will also be on the envelope and will be appear when you RSVP as well. Please let us know if you are allowed to bring a plus one, so then we can accommodate.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family " if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar. There will be non-alcoholic drinks in coolers such as water and soda.

Where to go when you arrive to the venue?

Answer

When you arrive to the wedding parking lot, there will be golf carts to drive you to the venue (or you can walk down). You will directly go over where the ceremony will be held by the pond.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us. You can also send us a text as well.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending" or message us that you can't make it. If you cannot attend after your already RSVP'd yes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 13, 2026. Our venue requires us to provide the final head-count by this date, any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you for understanding

Are You Registered?

Answer

Yes, you can find our registry details on the "Registry" section of our website. If you don’t want to get us a gift, you can always donate to our honeymoon fund.

Can i upload photos to social media?

Answer

We would kindly ask that no pictures of the newly weds are uploaded into social media before we get a churns to make our first announcement as husband and wife.

Can i wear white, ivory, or cream?

No, we kindly ask you to let the bride have her day in white.

Can I bring weapons or smoke in the barn?

Answer

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that you leave firearms and weapons at home. Additionally, smoking is not permitted in the barn. Thank you for helping us create a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone.
