Once you are sure of your plans, please let us know no later than June 22, 2022. You may RSVP by mail, online or simply by sending Jaylee a message. All methods are acceptable and appreciated as our vendors will need a final headcount.
The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors for the most part. The venue has a constant breeze and shaded areas to help mitigate some of the July heat, but please be prepared to be warm. Some areas have grassy/rocky surfaces as well, so choose your shoes wisely! In the event of inclement weather, we’ll conduct everything under covered areas of the venue.
Nope! You may wear what you're most comfortable in as long as it's appropriate, although we suggest semi-formal attire to avoid any confusion.
It’s possible! Whenever you RSVP, please make note of the names and number of people planning on attending. We ask that you refrain from bringing a whole village as there may not be enough seating, food, etc. to accommodate everyone. Jaylee will get in touch if there is an issue with anyone’s headcount, and please reach out if you have any questions!
We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony in order to ensure people don’t get in the way of our photographers/videographers. Plus, a bunch of guests holding up smart phones has the tendency to taint quality shots. However, the rest of the day is fair game! We would love to see the moments you capture—just remember to be mindful of our photographers/videographers. You can share photos on social media using our hashtag: #marryingMartinez
Alcoholic drinks will not be served during our reception. However, there will be other nonalcoholic drink options such as tea, water, etc.
Absolutely! The venue has indoor restrooms for both men and women. Staff will be available should you need specific directions.
Honestly, it just depends! The ceremony and reception sites will both be relatively close together and thus require minimal walking. However, the venue’s garden is pretty large and would allow for you to explore should you feel like walking more.
There is a gravel parking lot located toward the venue's entrance. Staff will be present to help direct traffic, so if you require a handicapped spot just let one of them know.
Since COVID is still a cause of concern for some people, just remember to be mindful of yourself and others while at our wedding—especially around elderly and immunocompromised guests. Masks are not required, but feel free to wear one should you feel more comfortable doing so.
For additional questions, you may text Jaylee at (870) 819-1759. Please try to send anything you need clarified prior to the wedding day or they most likely won’t be seen. This page will also be updated as people ask additional questions in case they’re helpful for others.
