The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception to follow will take place outdoors as well.

Where Should I book a hotel?

It's Greece. Everything is near the sea. Everything is also near the venue. You won't spend much time in your room so don't worry about spending a ton of money on the hotel. All of them are nice (:
