Jaylan and Jayla's love story began in the hallways of Westside high school, where they started as just classmates. Jaylan couldn't help noticing there was something special about Jayla. He found himself with a friendly crush and Jaylan, being the guy he is, wasted no time in letting Jayla know how he felt. His boldness and genuine approach caught Jayla's attention, and she found herself wanting to know more about him. They became friends, sharing laughs and building a connection throughout their junior and senior year. After graduation, fate stepped in when Jayla congratulated Jaylan on his Snapchat story and mentioned she'd be attending Georgia State as well. From that moment on, the conversation never stopped flowing. Their first date that summer before college was beautiful & their chemistry was undeniable. As they started their college journey together at Georgia State, their connection only grew stronger, and they soon fell in love. Now, six years later, Jaylan and Jayla are still best friends, madly in love, and ready to stand before God, family, and friends to make the ultimate vow: becoming one.
