Morning Hike (Optional)
8:30 am - 10:00 am
Attire: Comfortable workout clothes. Stilettos not recommended.
Prepare for the evening drink and foodathon with an easy morning hike…either to work up a little sweat or to simply enjoy the views. Different route options will be given. Choose your own pace and don’t overdo it if you are not used to the altitude. We may meet for coffee afterward. Check back for more details. Children welcome😊
Guest Seating for Ceremony
4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

Attire: Dressy Casual--Comfortable Party Wear
Please begin seating for the ceremony at 4:30pm as we'd like everyone to be seated no later than 4:50pm. We will be outdoors on the 2nd floor deck for our ceremony (Unless Mother Nature has other plans!) Be sure to grab a glass of prosecco or lemonade on the way to seating so that you can toast the bride and groom! Adults only (except for members of the wedding party).
Wedding Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Our short and sweet ceremony begins at 5pm and will be officiated by our dear friend, Alisa Goldschmidt. Please visit the wedding party page for more info and cute pics of our wedding party members (including our flower girl, bubble boys and our pup, Hoover). Adults only (except for members of the wedding party).
Cocktail Hour--Let the Celebration Begin!
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Join us for cocktails, mocktails, and appetizers. Open bar of beer, wine and spirits including specialty drinks like the Hoovertini, Paula’s Palomasecco and Jay’s Caribbean Foo Foo Umbrella drink. Adults only (except for members of the wedding party).
Reception: Dinner and Dancing

Bring your appetite and your dancing shoes! Buffet followed by a live band. Plan to eat, drink and be merry all night! Band plays 8pm to 11pm, followed by a late-night snack and afterparty. Adults only (except for members of the wedding party).
