Historic Mankin Mansion 4300 Oakleys Ln Richmond, VA 23223 The Historic Mankin Mansion is roughly 10 minutes from downtown Richmond and is a few miles away from the Richmond Airport.
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Yes! We will have a Hotel Shuttle Service from the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport beginning around 4 PM to take our guests to the Historic Mankin Mansion. After the reception, we will have two shuttles departing from the Historic Mankin Mansion to the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport Hotel. The first shuttle will leave at 9 pm and the second shuttle will leave at 10 pm from the Historic Mankin Mansion following the newlywed couple's grand exit. If you don't wish to take the shuttle, you can also Uber/Lyft to the venue from your hotel or you can drive and park at the Historic Mankin Mansion as well.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #jayewedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures! All we ask is that you refrain from using your phone and taking photos during the ceremony!
The ceremony will be held outdoors (pending weather) and the reception will be held in the Mankin Mansion's heated and air-conditioned pavilion tent.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on the grounds of the Mankin Mansion for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the Brick Pergola where we will be serving Hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
