The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm so please arrive around 4 pm to enjoy the music and soak in the beautiful desert setting.
Semi-formal. The ceremony will be on the grass lawn but cocktail hour and reception will be on hard ground.
Yes it's free in the Paseo's parking lot. You are allowed to leave your car overnight as long as it is moved by 11 am the next day.
If you booked a room for our hotel block at the Hampton Inn & Suites East Mesa there is a complimentary shuttle for 14 guests. We are working on securing an additional shuttle service for air bnbs in the area. Other than that we recommend Uber or Lyft! You are able to leave your car overnight at the Paseo as long as it is removed by 11 am.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside on the lawn at the Paseo, Cocktail Hour will be held on the patio, and the dinner reception will be held inside the Pavilion.
All of the above :)
During the day the high is 77* (probably higher) and 52* at night. There will be outdoor heaters at the Paseo for the evening portion but the weather should hopefully be warm and enjoyable!
Please submit your RSVP by February 1, 2020 on the e-invite that was sent :)
Your presence is gift enough to us but if you desire to give a gift, a monetary one is what we suggest. You can find the link for the Registry tab above on this site :)
Absolutely! We just ask during the ceremony that phones are put away so you are able to enjoy the present moment. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the event. Hashtag to come...
Jay and I are working on a sight seeing guide for those who will be here for a day or a few days after the wedding! Sedona can be an easy day trip as it's 2 hours north of us. Our favorite quick scenic hike there is Devil's Bridge. Grand Canyon is about 3.5 hours north from us but you could easily stay over night in Flagstaff which is an adorable woodsy town! Bring warm clothes as it's higher in elevation and can be quite chilly in the spring. Tucson is also a neat city that is a little less than 2 hours south of us. If you're feeling wild you could even take a 4 hour drive south to Rocky Point, Mexico :P We will be sending out more info as the date approaches - if you need suggestions sooner don't hesitate to reach out to us :)
