We will have a hotel room block available for all guests who are interested in staying overnight. A room block allows our guests to reserve accommodations at a discounted group rate for the event. If you plan on attending and would like to stay at the hotel, we highly encourage booking your room as early as possible, as availability may be limited and rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional information regarding the hotel, booking details, room rates, reservation deadlines, and how to secure your room within the block will be provided soon. We want to make travel and accommodations as convenient as possible for everyone joining us, and we are excited to celebrate together while ensuring all guests have a comfortable place to stay throughout the event weekend.
