What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM. Please arrive no earlier than 2:30PM (as the venue will be getting decorated and we will be getting ready!) and no later than 3:15PM to be seated. If you arrive after the ceremony start time you will not be able to be seated.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is a considerable amount of free street parking at Mainspace, however, if you prefer to travel by taxi, we recommend scheduling this in advance.

Where can I find accommodation options for out of town guests?

Answer

Our venue is located in the same building as the Solara Resort Hotel. This hotel offers 15% off room rates with code, “GEMSTONE”. For more offsite options, please visit the "Travel" tab on our website.

Are children invited?

Answer

All invited children will be included on your invitation. We're very sorry but due to space restraints, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate family and friends to our wedding. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will also be listed on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held on-site at Mainspace. Everything will be indoors.

What time do celebrations end?

Answer

Although we wish it didn't have to end our big day will finish at 9:30PM. We understand that the event is scheduled on a week night, so feel free to leave after dinner if you'd prefer to head out earlier. We completely understand, and we appreciate your presence on our special day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal required, formal preferred. Please reference this Pinterest board for outfit inspiration: https://pin.it/4KRyVQnTd

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your love, laughter and company at our wedding is all we need. However, if you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund will be warmly received.

How can you inform us of any dietary requirements?

Answer

When you RSVP, there is the option to make a note of any allergies or strict dietary requirements you have, which we will then pass onto our suppliers.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, but we can’t wait to host you for dinner and will provide table wine during our meal and champagne during our cocktail hour. A cash bar will be available during the reception so please bring cash or a cc to enjoy the bar service!

When can I RSVP?

Answer

Once you receive your formal invitation in the mail, you can RSVP through our website!

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15, 2026 so we can get an accurate headcount. If you do not RSVP by this date, we unfortunately will not be able to have you in attendance.
