YES! The venue we chose specifically has an area designated just for kids. It will have activities, as well as snacks. If your kiddo has any allergies let us know so we can make sure all snacks are friendly and safe for them! We also have hired someone we love and trust dearly to help keep track of all of the kiddos, so absolutely, yes, bring your kids too!
As we do not necessarily have a dress code. We kindly request formal. No jeans, and no prom dresses (you would be surprised lol!)
There is no specific seating. However, we ask that you start in the inner aisles, and then work down the row so that no aisle seats are open. We also will be having an unplugged ceremony. Which means no phones, and no pictures during the ceremony. We have hired Megara, with The Megara Collective to take pictures for us that will be shared once we get them back!
There will be assigned seats at the reception. There will be a chart with a table number for you to refer to. So when RSVPing this is why it is crucial to include everyone who will be in attendance. But there will be dinner and dancing to follow everything! Oh, and take all the pictures you please during the reception and share! We want to see all the behind the scenes of the reception!!
The doors will be opened an hour before the ceremony starts. So as early as an hour or 15 minutes before. We just ask if you are late that you do not come up stairs to the ceremony and disrupt; as we want little to no distractions.
We kindly ask you RSVP by September 10, 2024. As we have to turn final head-counts in to vendors shortly after. You can RSVP with the website on the wedding Invitation, send your RSVP back in the mail or even a text will suffice!
Everything is indoors. However, it is a barn, so if it is a little bit chilly, it will be chilly in the barn. There will be warming stations throughout the barn, and the restrooms are heated. That is in the worst case scenario. But keep an eye on the weather and it will allow you to have a rough idea of what it will feel like as October is unpredictable.

Parking for our venue is right out front in the lined gravel spots, or across the street with the same lined gravel spots. It's all right there!
Yes! We will be having smoked meats and sides. If you have any dietary requirements please reach out and let us know!
We will not be providing alcohol. We also kindly ask that you do not smoke at all on the grounds as there is a no smoking policy. That goes for vapes as well.
