FAQs

Question

Is the address in Ashland or Talent?

Answer

The venue is located in the town of Talent. However, to be directed to the correct address, please enter in your GPS app 679 West Valley View Road, Ashland, OR. Not Talent.

Question

Will there be a Zoom option to view the ceremony from home?

Answer

Yes! We understand not everyone will be able to make it in person. The zoom details will be provided shortly and updated in real time to make sure you and your family have the correct login and password information. The Zoom wedding experience will be interactive including a dedicated cameraman to allow the Zoom audience to chat with us directly after the ceremony. Others who are attending in person will have access to a stand-alone Zoom table complete with a separate screen, camera and headset device to virtually mingle with all those important to us! We welcome you to stay connected as long as you like!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We warmly invite you and your children. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for their safety and comfort at this event. We request that you keep them within sight and earshot as this outdoor venue is very spacious.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Of course! We recommend that everyone carpool, if possible. Please follow the direction of the parking attendants. There will be a low mobility/handicap drop off, as well as a dedicated location for any trailers in tow.

Question

Can we camp?

Answer

If necessary, there will be spots available to camp Friday through Sunday night on the premises. Please contact Tanner Kirkendall at (541) 306-7101 in advance. Reservations are not necessary, but be aware there is limited space, and a first come first serve basis with no hook-ups. Dry camping only.

Question

Is it on grass or pavement?

Answer

There will be paved area for dancing, but the bulk of the event will take place outside on grass. Please bring appropriate footwear.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Beer & wine will be served along with non-alcoholic refreshments. This is a family event, so please drink responsibly and respect the consciences of others. Do not drink and drive.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As previously mentioned, most of the event will take place on grass. Comfortable shoes are recommended. This is the middle of July, so keep in mind it may be quite hot and sunny. Breathable, semi-formal dress attire in light colors is recommended, but please no shorts or see through garments. We will attempt to provide fans, misters, and ample shade. Remember your dancing shoes if you plan to dance!

Question

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

This is a privately owned venue. If you are camping on premises you may keep your fluff nugget *safely* contained during the event. We cannot offer accommodations to keep your pets cool or completely contained. We recommend, if possible, please find a third party to watch your dog(s). There will be some present with a fear of dogs, so if you must have your dog(s) with you, please be understanding and refrain from letting them roam freely through the event. If you have any specific questions, please call or text Jayden at 541-788-9322.
