It all started in the aisles of Hy-Vee, where Jayden worked and Kyle made his regular stops as a beer vendor for United Beverage. Twice a week turned into something much more, and what started as casual hellos quickly became conversations, laughter, and sparks flying. Our first date was simple but perfect—dinner, drinks, and deep conversation. From there, things moved quickly in the best way. We went on a few more dates, but it wasn’t long before we were spending almost every day together. It just felt right. Our values, dreams, and goals aligned so naturally that we both just knew: this was it. One of the most beautiful chapters in our story came when we welcomed our daughter into the world. While the timing may not have been planned, it was undeniably perfect. She’s our greatest adventure and a shining symbol of the love we share. Fast forward to a sunny summer evening in Clear Lake. During a fun night out with friends at Thursdays on Main, Kyle asked Jayden to take a walk down the seawall. With the lake behind us and our future ahead, he got down on one knee—and of course, it was an immediate yes.
