We first saw each other in a Sunday school class that was divided by last names. Eli went into the other classroom to accompany a friend who was visiting the church, even though that wasnt her assigned class, and Jayden was in the same class on his second Sunday with a friend who had invited him to church after returning from his mission. We didn’t talk that day; we only saw each other. On another occasion, Eli asked a friend from the ward to please give a blessing to the house where she was living at the time. He suggested bringing someone else along, so he brought Jayden. Without planning it, we ran into each other that day. That’s when we talked for the first time and even went out to eat afterward. That was the beginning of many shared stories, and we hope to have millions of adventures together in this earthly life ahead, learning and growing side by side. It fills us with joy and gratitude to have found each other; truly, meeting the other has been a blessing in our lives. Of course theres more to be said, so well just tell yall at the wedding.
