Travel & Accommodations
There are two accommodation options located on UBC which are a 15 minute walk from the venue: Gage Suites and West Coast Suites. See below for details.
If you would like to stay off UBC, we recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb in either Richmond (near the airport) or Downtown Vancouver (Yaletown or Waterfront), both of which are a ~30 minute drive to the venue and accessible by public transit.
For those traveling to the venue, we recommend using Vancouver's public transit system. The Sky Train is the best way to travel from the airport to connecting bus routes or downtown. There are many direct bus routes throughout the city to UBC.
If you prefer to use rideshare, you may use Uber or Lift. There are also a variety of taxi companies throughout the city.
Paid parking is available throughout UBC. The Rose Garden or Fraser River parkades are the closest to the venue.
