FAQs

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We are classifying our dress code as spring formal attire. Women: Maxi length dresses, dressy jumpsuits or slacks. Men: Suits or sports coats and slacks. Please take into account that our ceremony and reception will both be outdoor events (weather prohibiting). You can see the Pinterest board at the link below for inspiration: https://pin.it/c6FVfvnCU

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

When RSVPing on our website the names of each member of your party we have reserved a spot for will pop up. Unfortunately due to size restraints on our venue we are not able to accommodate more than the amount of guests listed.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we adore our young family members & friends, due to venue size, only children formally addressed when RSVPing are allowed at the wedding.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 15th, 2025 Kindly RSVP by April 15, 2025 so that we can assure you and your guests have a seat and meal. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. To be present at the ceremony please arrive no later than 3:45 pm. If you are late, you will have to sit apart from the ceremony site and we would be so sad to miss you.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Our venue has a guest entrance near both the ceremony and reception areas where all guests can park. If you need assistance or would like to drop a guest with mobility issues off at the door, please let us know ahead of time and we will reserve a spot for you. Please reach out to Jayden (704)308-6326 or the mother of the bride, Amber (704)467-3928 to make these arrangements.

Question

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

During our ceremony we ask that you turn your phone off or on silent and put it away. That being said, during all other parts of the wedding we would love for you to take photos and short video clips of your night. We think it’s sad we don’t get to be everywhere all at once, and your shared videos will help us see all the magical moments that we couldn’t be apart of.

Question

Is Matthew’s hair that naturally beautiful?

Answer

Yes. Obviously!
