What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see you dressed your best in formal, semi-formal, or cocktail. Please do not wear white or similar.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the venue, only the people listed on your invitation are invited.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start punctually at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside if weather permits. Inclement weather will cause the ceremony to be indoors in the reception space. Cocktail hour will mainly take place in the venue's solarium, but can also be enjoyed on the terrace. The reception will be indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Our venue has an on-site parking lot with 200 parking spaces and room for buses.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have two busses that will transport guests from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. In your RSVP, please annotate if you would like bus transportation.

What if I have dietary restrictions/allergies?

Answer

While filling out your RSVP, please include any dietary restrictions/allergies so your needs are best accommodated.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Enjoy yourself, but please drink responsibly. The roads to the venue are dark and winding. If you would like transportation to and from the venue, please annotate this in your RSVP.

Please use the RSVP tab on this site. If you have technical difficulties, please reach out to the couple and we will RSVP for you.

Can I take pictures during the event and post them on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony, there will be a "social media minute" to take as many pictures as you want. When this has concluded, please be respectful to the bride and groom and your fellow guests, put away your devices, and be in the moment with us! After the ceremony, please feel free to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception and post them with the hashtag #tohaveandtobergthold.

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2024. If you have not replied by then, you will be marked as not attending.
