FAQs

Question

Are cell phones allowed during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we do ask that you please quiet your cell phones and do not take pictures during our ceremony out of the respect to us and our photographer. We, along with our photographer will be more than happy to share our professional photos with you once we receive them. As for the reception, feel free to snap some photos!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, in order to accommodate all our loved ones, we had to condense our guest list. We apologize that not everyone will get a +1 or invitations for your children. Please only bring a guest and your children if your invitation specifies them!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same location. You are more than welcome to use the parking lot at the venue. The venue however, does NOT allow for cars to be left overnight due to a wedding there the next day. So please make arrangements accordingly. Under the TRAVEL tab we have created a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Troy where a shuttle we be provided to and from the hotel. Please plan to stay safe if you plan to drink!

Question

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a meal during the reception, as well as dessert, water, and soda. Alcoholic beverages will be found at the bar at the venue. We will be serving a variety of beer, and wine options. The venue will need to see ID for every guest that will be ordering a alcoholic drink so please do not forget your IDs! Also, our venue asks that you do not bring any outside alcohol to the venue. Please use the provided alcohol that we have provided :)

Question

Are there any hotels in the area?

Answer

We have created a room block at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Troy that is only 13 minutes from the venue. A shuttle service will be provided to the venue and back to the hotel. If you would like a room please see the TRAVEL tab to book your room!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30 pm, so plan to arrive about 20 minutes early for seating!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP back by Friday April 9th, 2021 so we can plan accordingly with food, drinks, and seating. Please specify on your RSVP card in your invitation how many will be attending.
