FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jaycee Baldwin and Zach Kirker
If you have any questions that are not listed here, please reach out to Zach or Jaycee.
Question

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family wear whatever makes them feel comfortable. We are having an outdoor wedding (weather permitting) so please dress appropriate. Our reception will be inside. We ask that no one wear white or cream!

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One or other family members?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closet family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones or to those that were not invited. If your partner or family member(s) are invited, their name will pop up when you go to RSVP.

Question

Can I Take Pictures Throughout The Ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special moment. During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures and or videos as you would like.

Question

Where Will The Ceremony And Reception Be?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside the venue! No need to travel in between. The reception will take place indoors at the same property, The Willow.

Question

What If I Am Late To The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend guests to arrive between 4:00 - 4:20pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle, but instead walk on the outside of the chairs and find a seat.

Question

How Do I RSVP? When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP on this wedding website. Simply go to the RSVP tab and type in your name. Your name and other family members' names that are invited will pop up. Please select for each family member if you will be attending each event. We ask that you RSVP by April, 1, 2025 so we can get a final head count for food and table settings. If we don't get a RSVP from you, we will regrettably count that as a "no".
