When is the wedding RSVP deadline?

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We encourage wedding guests to arrive at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts between 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?
Answer
Yes, if you booked a room through our room block at the Omni Richmond Hotel, then transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, free parking is available on site at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Parking Deck, 305 N Sheppard St, Richmond, VA 23221.

Will the wedding events take place indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place indoor. The cocktail hour will take place outdoor if weather permits, otherwise it will be indoor too. All wedding events will take place at the VMFA.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire.

May I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
If you have been offered a plus one for the wedding, your plus one will appear on the invitation and online RSVP.

May I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, the only children allowed to attend are those who have received their names on an invitation from the bride and groom.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
Passed hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner during the reception, and cake cutting with desserts to follow. Meal selection options are available to wedding guests through the online RSVP.

Allergies and dietary restrictions should be documented when you complete the online RSVP.
