there is a block of rooms reserved at each hotel listed below. please reserve a room promptly as we have had difficulty with room blocks.
there will be a shuttle provided post-reception if desired. if a vehicle is left at the venue, the staff kindly asks that you pick up your vehicle by 10am saturday.
