We’re Getting Married!

Jay and Vienna first met how many do now, online. They texted on and off for a few weeks before they called each other one night and they decided they wanted to meet in person. They found qualities in one another that they desired in a partner. Someone who is kind, dependable, and loving. On a birthday trip to Hawaii, Jay asked for Vienna’s hand in marriage. Jay started trying to throw off Vienna by giving her a pair of diamond earrings for her birthday and joking about how people think we would get engaged on the trip (they thought this every trip we took). We started the adventure on that trip by taking a 8 mile hike to a gorgeous waterfall that had a beach at the halfway point. The hike was difficult and after stopping at the waterfall Vienna thought, “No way he’s going to propose, we’re way too cranky today,”. On the way back from the hike Jay wanted to stop at the beach and Vienna just wanted to finish the hike (he said he was trying to propose on the beach but she was being stubborn). The next day Jay was acting weird and Vienna had a feeling she knew what was coming but kept it to herself. That day they took a hike that overlooked the Napali Coast where Jay asked to start the rest of their lives together.
