Please note that this is an adults-only celebration! Our goal is to celebrate with the people in our lives we care about most! If you have a special request to bring kids, please text Tori or Jay directly. Note: Kids under 18 months are welcome!

Please double check your check-in times prior to arrival as some are at the same time as the ceremony. Gun Lake Casino Guests: check in begins at 4pm Bay Pointe Inn Guests: check in begins at 4pm of your arrival day. Please contact the venue directly for early check in accommodations.

We are so excited to kick off our wedding weekend with guest who are arriving on Friday! The Welcome Reception will take place Friday from 7-10pm at The Boathouse, located on the Bay Pointe Inn Propery. Drinks and appetizers will be served. Friday’s welcome event is “semi-formal” to “dressy-casual.” (Yes, I had to google these). We know you all traveled in to celebrate us - just come as you are! Promise no one will be turned away 😂 Please be sure to RSVP by May 16th if you plan to attend so we can provide the venue with a proper headcount.

Is there transportation from the Casino to Venue?Is there transportation from the Casino to Venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking up at two different times at the Gun Lake Casino - 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Then the shuttle will run again in the evening from 9:30pm-12:00am whenever guests are wanting to head back to the hotel.

We want you all to be onsite and hanging out as much as possible. Even if you aren't stay on site join us whenever you can! and be sure to check the schedule tab for details on the Welcome party and Farewell brunch!

What happens if I arrive late to the cermeony?What happens if I arrive late to the cermeony?

Answer

Please do your best to arrive on time for the 4:30 ceremony. There is another wedding taking place at the same time on the property. We understand things happen! If you do arrive late, please check in at the Bay Pointe Inn main entrance, where they can direct you to the ceremony location. Note: this is an outdoor wedding. The property has a variety of restaurants, patios and outdoor spaces where you will be able to view the ceremony if you happen to arrive late!

Please use the RSVP tab of our website to let us know what events throughout the weekend you'll be attending! Unsure of your travel plans? Please prioritize your RAVP for the Ceremony and Reception so we can provide the venue with a proper head count.

Is there parking available at the venue?Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Bay Pointe has parking available. Spots are prioritized for guests staying at the Bay Pointe property. We cannot guarantee availability. For guests staying at Gun Lake Casino, there will be regularly scheduled shuttles available throughout wedding activities taking place Saturday.

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. Ceremony: Lakefront Lawn - note there is grass, but not enough to change your shoe choice, ladies! Reception: Lakefront Pavilion - located next to the lawn. This is a semi-outdoor space with coverings available as required for weather.

The ceremony is at 4:30pm. Check in is 4pm for Bay Pointe Inn guests arriving on Saturday. Bag checks will be available. Please plan to arrive “ready” for the ceremony! There will be a break:cocktail hour prior to the reception to allow guests to settle into their rooms.
