Outside of work, he found joy in the quieter, more grounded things in life—raising standardbred horses and spending time by the lake, where the pace slows and the moments stretch a little longer. John’s dedication, work ethic, and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures have left a lasting impression on Jay, shaping the man he is today.
