Is there a hotel block? When should I book?

Answer

Yes - a room block has been reserved at both Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel. Rooms are limited, so we kindly encourage booking as soon as possible, and no later than 45 days in advance. For more details, please visit the “Travel & Stay” page.

Where can I find the wedding day schedule and locations?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at Crystal Springs Resort – Grand Cascades Lodge. Please visit the “Schedule” tab for full details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie - Tuxedos for gentlemen and floor-length gowns or elegant evening dresses for ladies.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). All other events will be held indoors.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

If you are staying at Grand Cascades Lodge, no transportation is needed, as all events will take place on-site. If you are staying at Minerals Hotel (~7 minutes from Grand Cascades Lodge), a complimentary shuttle will be provided. Guests staying elsewhere are encouraged to use a rideshare service (Uber or Lyft), car service, or a designated driver. If using a rideshare, please allow extra time to ensure timely arrival. Yes, parking will be available to our guests.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 25, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
