Most of you know this, but we're both from Winston Salem, and we met way back in 2010! Depending on who you ask, the stories vary as to how we actually met, but the most important thing is that we reconnected in 2020 while we were both living in DC post-grad. We later moved from DC to Colorado together, where we enjoyed lots of travel, skiing, and hiking during our three years there. We got engaged on a hike in Silverthorne in October of 2023 during one of our favorite times of year in Colorado, when the Aspen trees' leaves turn bright yellow. We loved our adventures in Colorado, and now we're excited for our next chapter closer to friends and family in Charlotte. We moved in April 2024 - come say hi!
