Transfers Shuttle Service This service is applicable with a minimum stay of 4 paid nights and is subject to availability. Each guest will be responsible for booking their transportation service a minimum of two weeks in advance of their arrival date. If reservations are not made according to the above, there will be no credit or refund, without exception. Please send your hotel confirmation number and flight itinerary to transfercancun@palaceresorts.com no later than two weeks before arrival. If you are arriving for less than 4 nights, we will reach out to you with airport transfer information once you provide your travel itinerary
