When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d really appreciate it if you could RSVP by the end of October, as that’s when we have a planning meeting with our wedding coordinator. Having a good idea of numbers by then will really help us finalise the details for the day.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’ve been asked if kids are welcome, and while we absolutely love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We really want our friends and family to be able to relax, let loose, and enjoy themselves fully, without having to worry about childcare for the day and evening. We hope you understand, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

On the day of the wedding, guests will need to make their own way to the venue. For those staying at the hotel that’s within walking distance, it’ll be a short and easy stroll. For everyone else, we’re arranging a bus to help with transport, especially since taxis in Ibiza can be a bit unreliable in the evenings. We haven’t confirmed the exact Drop off points just yet, but there will definitely be a stop in San Antonio for anyone staying in that area. We’ll share more details closer to the day — but rest assured, we’ve got you covered!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely — if you have a food allergy, please do let us know in advance of the day so we can pass it on to the venue and make sure you're well looked after.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping the ceremony as intimate as possible, so we aren’t able to offer plus ones for the ceremony itself. However, we completely understand if you’d like to bring someone with you to Ibiza — they’re very welcome to join the evening reception and the boat party to celebrate alongside you!
