We have booked 10 rooms for Thursday 8/10 and 20 rooms for Friday 8/11 at The Home2Suites Hilton in Bordentown, NJ. Individuals can call the hotel direct for reservations (609) 669-0600. Please use the group name Rulon/Wolff or group code WR8 when making all reservations. Hotel Check-in 3:00 PM and Check-out 11:00 AM. Early arrival is upon request and not guaranteed. Continental breakfast included in rate. Reservations must be booked by Tuesday, July 11, 2023. Group rate and room availability not guaranteed after the cut-off/release date. Additional rooms based on availability. For all you wild peeps staying overnight at the Home2Suites Hotel (840 US Rte 206 Bordentown, NJ): 1. A shuttle from Arrive in Style will make two trips from the hotel to the venue. The first will leave at 3. We know check-in is technically at 3, but word on the street is they commonly allow for early check-in, giving some wiggle time for you early birds. If you can make this shuttle, please do. Although we booked the biggest shuttle available, there are nearly 80 people staying at the hotel. 2. A second shuttle will leave at 3:45. Don't worry, that's still plenty of time before the walk down the aisle. 3. If you are pressed for time, you are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel in the evening. We will figure out a way for you to get back to your car on Saturday. The shuttle will also make 2 trips at the end of the night. The first will be at 10 and the second will be when the party officially shuts down around 10:30. 4. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, there is not a bar at the hotel. That means, BYOB to your rooms, a Yeti cup or two, and have yourselves a drink and meet us for the extended party on the patio by the firepits- weather permitting. Otherwise, the lobby it is! 5. There is a breakfast provided the next morning. Maybe we'll see you there- maybe we won't? Check-out is 11 am.
