Do you have a Gift Registry?

Answer

Instead of gifts for the bride and groom, we ask for donations to make this day extra special! With the financial struggles we have faced while trying to put money away for the wedding, we really need your help. This can be done via Zelle, Cashapp, Chime, or Cash on the Cards Table at the event. Ask for this information via email (theburchwedding2026@gmail.com) Our big goal is $7,000. We appreciate everything put towards our wedding to make it a truly magical day!

Can I bring a +1 or my Children?

Answer

We would love to have your loved ones and kiddos present, however due to limited space we ask that only those specifically listed on the invite attend.

Is this an Indoor or an Outdoor wedding?

Answer

The entire wedding is outdoors. It may be on the cooler side, so we recommend bringing an extra layer just in case. The elevation is about 7,000 ft, so plan accordingly. There are cabins on site, however those are for emergencies or allowed folks only. There will be a fire pit to warm up by after the Ceremony!

Accommodations and Parking?

Answer

Parking is free on site, it is a short walking distance to the Ceremony area. We recommend Carpooling to save space. There are multiple Lodges, Hotels, and Airbnbs nearby at a variety of price points. Here are a few Ideas!: Quail Cove Lodge, Fawn Lodge, Moose lodge, Motel 6 on Big Bear Lake. Try to book 2-4 months in advance if possible.

What's on the Menu?

We'll get back to you on the main course soon! There will be a Charcuterie Table, a Smores Bar, and a variety of beverages. There will be Alcohol, if you drink more than a glass of champagne you will be asked to turn in your keys.

Can I take Pictures or use my Phone?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony, absolutely NO phones! We want you present in the moment with us. During the reception, you can take a few pictures and send them to our email (theburchwedding2026@gmail.com) or our photo app! (---) Please do not take pictures of the bride and groom without their knowledge.

Can I arrive early?

Yes, you may arrive 4:00 pm, however things may not be fully set up. Greetings will not be until after the Ceremony.

Semi Formal or Cocktail Attire If you’d like to compliment our colors, they are browns, burnt orange, plum, mauve, dusty pink, olive green, Avoid wearing white dresses
