Uber drops customers off at the airport, but is NOT allowed to pick up customers FROM the airport. "Va y Ven" buses have an airport route; you can purchase a ticket on their website for around 45 pesos or 3 dollars. It is comfortable, has AC, and space for luggage. Take it to the city and then catch an Uber to your accommodation. Hiring a private car or taxi is also an option.
